Ftm Bottom surgery/ Phalloplasty.
Do you need to get bottom surgery first, then phalloplasty or can you go striaght to a phalloplasty?
Phalloplasty is a form of bottom surgery.
Did you mean do you have to have a hysterectomy before a phalloplasty? If so, yes.
