Erections
Hey guys I was just wondering if you can get an erection when youve been on T for a while and have an enlarged clitoris??
Yup. Things work almost exactly the same as the penis of someone born “physically male”, just on a smaller scale (except the urethra isn’t wired through there (unless we have surgery), and we can’t ejaculate out of it).
Actually, the clitoris is made of the same stuff a penis is made out of. Taking testosterone just enlarges it, causing it to look a lot more penis like, essentially developing into a “micro penis”.
And yes it also can get hard when the person is aroused. Of course it won’t show through the trousers though.. because micropenises are usually too small to be visible through clothing when erect! Erect micropenises are also usually too small to penetrate. I’ve heard of some transmen who are able to, but it seems to be pretty rare.
Also, just so you know, many trans men / transmasculine individuals prefer to call it their cock, dick, or penis.. a lot of us shy away from terms like “clit” or “clitoris” in reference to our junk.
I call mine my lil penis. =)

Thinking of stop T
Does anyone know how much time takes to came back the menses period after stop T? I know it takes some mounths but…how many?
It took about 6 months for mine to return, but it is different for everyone.
Please make sure you are going off T for the right reasons. Stopping testosterone can cause serious problems. At least it did for me.
Emotional instability, severe depression, suicidal thoughts, body re-feminization (my thighs, butt, and hips got bigger again.. shoulders got smaller and less broad, face became more feminine, and even my mannerisms changed), and a few other things.
Whether or not you continue taking T is ultimately your decision, and not being on it doesn’t make you any less trans*, but messing around with your hormones can cause some serious problems, so just make sure going off T is right for you.

FTM TELEVISION HACKED. ALL VIDEOS GONE.
FTM Television was “hacked” today (our account was somehow compromised).
All of our videos were deleted, and the password was changed twice.
We don’t know who did this or how it happened.
I was able to regain access to the account and change the password because the recovery email is my personal email address.. but all videos are gone, and we don’t know if we can get them back. We are absolutely heartbroken.
To our subscribers, we are so sorry. We are trying to see if there’s any way we can have our videos restored. Hopefully it’s possible.

If you are transgender/gender variant or an ally (but especially transgender or gender variant in any way), please fill out this survey for me!
Problematic and discriminatory comment from someone WITHIN the FTM community (TW)
“No, actually. Being comfortable with one’s genitalia has nothing to do with gender identity. Some transmen — MANY, actually, are comfortable with what they’ve got between their legs and use it for sexual gratification, and it DOESN’T make them any less male. Your biggest problem is that you equate physical sex with gender. That’s the kind of bullshit cisgender people say to us. When you say shit like this, or have these kinds of views, you’re oppressing people in your OWN community.”

Here’s my week 36 video (finally)!
Week 36’s topic is offensive things cisgender (or non-trans) people say.
In this video, I go into some of the things people said to ME when they found out I was trans..
in the most unique way.. I play 4 different characters!! This video was SO much fun to make, and definitely worth a watch!

Lucas Silveira on Facebook:
There’s an illness going around that seems to be unbelievably contagious. It’s called “I have a pickle up my ass and am wound so tight that anything anyone says/does I find offensive and lash out in anger because I have nothing better to do with my energy and feel self righteous and superior to others and I do it mainly through social networks because I don’t have the balls to do it person” disease. I’m not sure how you catch it but the symptoms include words like “heteronormative, cissexist & trigger” coming out of your mouth constantly. It also seems most common in people who like to call me an asshole when I write posts like this.
Welp. Between this, him claiming that he’s exactly as oppressed as trans women are and that he has no male privilege at all, and his bashing of stealth trans people, I’m over him.
Any trans guy musicians who make good music and aren’t assholes? :(
I just saw his post on facebook and I couldn’t believe it.
Okay, maybe I could.. after his privilege denial and crap from a while back..
But I don’t know.. I guess I thought I couldn’t lose any more respect for him.
I guess I was wrong. =/
Now because of people’s reaction to that post, he’s claiming he’s being “cyber-bullied”.. he’s totally playing victim.
FTMtv week 38 - Dominic - Coming out (revisited) with special guests!
It’s week 38 on FTM Television, and this week’s topic is coming out.
The video footage in this video was actually recorded back in August of 2011 for week 6. My week 6 video was late at the time as it was.. and I never ended up posting it. Well, here it is now. Revisiting old topics gives me the chance to catch up! ;)
Anyway, this video is really long, however, when you watch it, it doesn’t seem that long for some reason.
The interviewer guy in my video is my good friend Milo, who is actually a sub now on FTMtv.. but now has way less hair and a way deeper voice!
The adorable little blonde kid in this video is his.

The ickiest YouTube comment I ever received
“What confuses me is that you were once a woman who wanted to become a man. And a true man likes to play with boobs! You had the perfect thing going on. You are a man inside obviously and you had unlimited access to a nice pair of soft squishy boobies and a pussy to play with. Now you have to go out and hunt for that. Unless of course you want to be a man so you can be with another man. But to each their own I always say.
Do you miss the boobies at all?”
I was looking through old youtube comments and found this one.
There are so many things wrong with this comment..
Doesn’t reading it just make you feel icky?

coming out to grandmother?
ben here with a quick question. since i’ve gotten my mother’s permission to start t under 18, and i see my grandmother a lot, i’m going to have to tell her. she’s 86 this year, and very old fashioned in some ways, but was very accepting when i told her about liking girls and seems to be okay with trans* people, when i brought it up last week. but she might react differently if it’s someone in her family.naturally once i’m on t there’ll be certain physical changes that will be impossible to miss, so i’ll have to tell her. what do you guys suggest? my mother thought bringing over a movie about an ftm, like a documentary or something, watching it with her and then bringing it up would work. what do you think? and what movie would work best? hit me up here!
thanks!
Honestly, I would suggest just telling her.
That’s what I did with my grandmother.. I just came right out and told her.. and she totally surprised me. She was SO accepting and understanding. Yours could react the same way mine did. You don’t really need any fancy bells and whistles. Just sit down with her and have a heart to heart or tell her over the phone.
I didn’t think she’d be okay with it, since she’s older.. and my mom thought she’d freak out because she did.. but she totally didn’t. She wound up being the only person in my family who accepted me.

Has anyone successfully used an therapist online?
I haven’t, but I know many who have used this particular one and even got their T letter from her.
She comes highly recommended.
Her name is Melissa Leonhardt.
