FTM TELEVISION HACKED. ALL VIDEOS GONE.
FTM Television was “hacked” today (our account was somehow compromised).
All of our videos were deleted, and the password was changed twice.
We don’t know who did this or how it happened.
I was able to regain access to the account and change the password because the recovery email is my personal email address.. but all videos are gone, and we don’t know if we can get them back. We are absolutely heartbroken.
To our subscribers, we are so sorry. We are trying to see if there’s any way we can have our videos restored. Hopefully it’s possible.

If you are transgender/gender variant or an ally (but especially transgender or gender variant in any way), please fill out this survey for me!
Problematic and discriminatory comment from someone WITHIN the FTM community (TW)
“No, actually. Being comfortable with one’s genitalia has nothing to do with gender identity. Some transmen — MANY, actually, are comfortable with what they’ve got between their legs and use it for sexual gratification, and it DOESN’T make them any less male. Your biggest problem is that you equate physical sex with gender. That’s the kind of bullshit cisgender people say to us. When you say shit like this, or have these kinds of views, you’re oppressing people in your OWN community.”

FTMtv week 36 - Dominic - Shit non-trans people say
Here’s my week 36 video (finally)!
Week 36’s topic is offensive things cisgender (or non-trans) people say.
In this video, I go into some of the things people said to ME when they found out I was trans..
in the most unique way.. I play 4 different characters!! This video was SO much fun to make, and definitely worth a watch!

FTMtv week 38 - Dominic - Coming out (revisited) with special guests!
It’s week 38 on FTM Television, and this week’s topic is coming out.
The video footage in this video was actually recorded back in August of 2011 for week 6. My week 6 video was late at the time as it was.. and I never ended up posting it. Well, here it is now. Revisiting old topics gives me the chance to catch up! ;)
Anyway, this video is really long, however, when you watch it, it doesn’t seem that long for some reason.
The interviewer guy in my video is my good friend Milo, who is actually a sub now on FTMtv.. but now has way less hair and a way deeper voice!
The adorable little blonde kid in this video is his.

The ickiest YouTube comment I ever received
“What confuses me is that you were once a woman who wanted to become a man. And a true man likes to play with boobs! You had the perfect thing going on. You are a man inside obviously and you had unlimited access to a nice pair of soft squishy boobies and a pussy to play with. Now you have to go out and hunt for that. Unless of course you want to be a man so you can be with another man. But to each their own I always say.
Do you miss the boobies at all?”
I was looking through old youtube comments and found this one.
There are so many things wrong with this comment..
Doesn’t reading it just make you feel icky?

coming out to grandmother?
ben here with a quick question. since i’ve gotten my mother’s permission to start t under 18, and i see my grandmother a lot, i’m going to have to tell her. she’s 86 this year, and very old fashioned in some ways, but was very accepting when i told her about liking girls and seems to be okay with trans* people, when i brought it up last week. but she might react differently if it’s someone in her family.naturally once i’m on t there’ll be certain physical changes that will be impossible to miss, so i’ll have to tell her. what do you guys suggest? my mother thought bringing over a movie about an ftm, like a documentary or something, watching it with her and then bringing it up would work. what do you think? and what movie would work best? hit me up here!
thanks!
Honestly, I would suggest just telling her.
That’s what I did with my grandmother.. I just came right out and told her.. and she totally surprised me. She was SO accepting and understanding. Yours could react the same way mine did. You don’t really need any fancy bells and whistles. Just sit down with her and have a heart to heart or tell her over the phone.
I didn’t think she’d be okay with it, since she’s older.. and my mom thought she’d freak out because she did.. but she totally didn’t. She wound up being the only person in my family who accepted me.

trigger warning: cissexism, other things i dont know how to warn for probably
oh, ok. It’s good to know that everyone’s ~magical intent~ makes everything fine and dandy.
Great. Now that everything’s figured out, let me just…
—and take a motherfucking seat. Don’t pull the “oh, you people are sooo sensitive” condescending bullshit. This is something people have a legitimate fucking problem with.
Just because it doesn’t offend you personally doesn’t mean that others aren’t offended by that word being tossed around so blithely. it is a cissexist slur, a word used to hurt trans* individuals (and others who don’t fit someone else’s ideal of gender presentation, but the word is mainly thrown at trans* people and trans*women especially [ and I must put in a note that the people most in danger are trans*women of color ]). And by hurt I don’t mean bruised feelings, I mean hurt as in as in attempted and successful murder of trans* people, especially trans*women.
and just like every other slur, the only people who have the fucking right to reclaim that word into something positive are those who’ve had that word used against them/belong to the group who has had that word used against them.
So, no. I am not taking it the wrong way.
You and Victoria and the Victorians may not have intended it to be a ridiculously offensive move of gross ignorance, but intent is not magical.
That word isn’t yours to have fun with, and that’s not just my opinion: it’s a fact.

*snerk* (Warning: satire ahead!)
Hi. I understand you are a cisgender who identifies as female. What I want to know is, why? What makes you think you’re a woman? I mean, I don’t wanna be rude, and I totally support all you cisgenders, but it just seems obvious that your decision not to change your body doesn’t change who you REALLY are. How do you know you’re not just confused? I mean, I know this probably sounds offensive, and I’m really sorry because I just don’t know how else to say it, but I don’t think I’m going to call you “she” until you’ve given me some kind of proof that you’re a woman and not just some cisgender who’s lost touch with reality. And before you accuse me of being a bigot, you should know that I am a member of several activist organizations, and also that I have a degree in electrical engineering.
(lol)
This is awesome.. and pretty much exactly what many uninformed cisgender people say to trans people.. but flipped around.
